Extra Pale Malt
This malt was developed for craft beer, searching for versatility and unique features. It produces a beer with more character and body, less foam and creamy sensation in mouth.
- Medium proteolytic alteration, lower FAN and lower Kilbach Index
- Good modification of sugars and enzymatic power
- Blend of at least two barley varieties: Sebastian / Barke / Scarlet.
- Low DMSp due to higher oven temperatures
- Lower diastasic power
